โThe pool was great- still cool even in twos over 100!
Clean and everyone was very kind and helpful.
The buffet was ok- the hot food wasnโt really hot, and some fruit had mold on it.
I found the bed a bit hard but my husband liked it. Other than that it was a great stay. โ
โI the hotel is great and the breakfast was great. I had one problem it was that as a guest I had to pay for parking, and that was not in the amount for the room and it should be, that is not enough for me to mark it down on my score but a disappointment on not letting me know until after I got the room. โ
โLoved everything about this resort! The condos were beautiful and clean. The staff were more than helpful and prompt and the amenities were great! Loved that they had a separate adult pool from the family pool. Would definitely stay here again!โ
โBeds were comfortable and location canโt be beat! Not the hotels control exactly but also no systems in place to prevent the rough housing on the slide after it closed at 8 pm. Never saw security do rounds there and witnessed kids climbing to top of slide multiple nights. โ
โNot cleaned properly.
Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.
So disappointed.โ
โIโm generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. And the hotel provides a lot of activities for them such as drip coffee making. They are not very professional classes but you can still enjoy them. Hotel staffs are kind and I like their swimming pool as well.
