It's not ever really a knock, but there is no mar vista from the Hotel Mar Vista. A line of trees that blocks the view of the ocean. But this is Ocean Shores, not Fiji, so, no big."

As others have mentioned the decor is a bit rundown and out dated but not a deal breaker just an observation. The breakfast was good with several warm and cold options.
