“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“I believe this hotel needs deep cleaning. In our room beds were clean, but in the bathroom, I found hairs and used floss. We decided to move out after the fist night of stay, although I booked it for two nights. Regardless, of my opinnion I wouldn't recommend this hotel while you travel with the children.”
