Super nice facility with lovely dining area for breakfast (and a great breakfast served!) Staff were beyond helpful. Firepit in courtyard on Saturday night was another nice touch.

When I first arrived, I had a mixup with my room reservation. The guy at the front desk pointed out my mixup and was able to cancel my reservation and make one for that night. The room was very clean and had a nice view out the window. I would definitely stay there again whenever I am in the area.

Nice place with convenient dining. Could use some old world wines in the bar. Close to the airport with a shuttle. However, shuttle doesn't run on Sunday and Monday. Desk clerk went over and beyond the call of duty to get us to the airport.

The hotel is under construction/renovation which led to some very noisy times while trying to sleep/rest/relax, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms have very nice adjustable blackout curtains which allowed for a nice dark room for sleeping. Also appreciated that the room temp could be adjusted to be quite cool. The front desk person who checked us in was not overly friendly or personable but everyone else we interacted with was kind. Would stay here again.

The service and room was good besides the unleveled floor by the door- we kept tripping over it which isn’t good. They do a late check out but make sure and remind them or ask them when you check in and remind them later because they called me and said check out is noon then I had to explain to them that I told them when I checked in I wanted a late checkout and that guy was supposed to make a note of it but he looked nervous so I don’t think he did anyway that was the bad part because they didn’t let housekeeping know and they bugged us in the morning other then that nice hotel.
