The staff was amazing throughout the stay. There was always fresh cookies during the day and breakfast in the morning. The best thing was the pool. It was the warmest pool that I’ve ever been in at a hotel!

The pool and hot tub and waterslide were enjoyable for the whole family. Appreciated the fitness room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The ventilation in the room and bathroom was nil. Room felt so humid and hot after showers even w the ac and fan on. Otherwise a great stay. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

The pool and water slide was great! Nice warm water. The breakfast was excellent! Room cleanliness was good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. More attention to detail would make it better. The lampshade was damaged/stained and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Overall we would definitely stay again! We received our $50 incidental deposit back immediately on checkout.

The pool needs a reno, the slide is falling apart. Staff was slow to refill breakfast options. Didn’t have sheets for the pullout in the room, and not enough towels for our group. The property is clean, but a little banged up. It’s a favorite spot for families because of the water slide. The location is excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I stay at this property once or twice a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

The breakfast was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel and my room were very clean and a/c and heat worked well. The only negative was the pool, definitely needed attention, the water looked very cloudy, the bottom looked dirty. The children’s pool was very dirty.
