"Loved the fall's views from our room and the resteraunt. They were absolutely incredible. The nightly fireworks over the falls with the multi-colored lights illuminating the falls were stunning. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators. The majority of them were temporarily shutdown at high peak traffic times, making for a really long wait to get to and from our rooms. Taking the stairs on the high floors was out of the question. Hyatt, what's up with your elevators. That was a first."

"Property is new and clean and has a nice modern look. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great view of the racetrack. Could use more signage showing the way to the hotel from the parking lot and from the racetrack. Staff are great, especially at the breakfast diner. The picketing made it difficult to really enjoy the week we stayed, hotel could have been more accommodating to guests who had to park outside the property."

"Overall, our stay was very good—almost excellent! Our main concern was the mattress, which was larger than the bed frame, causing it to overlap the edges and making it quite squeaky and uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. All of the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here every time we visit Toronto. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience!"
