"TV in room didn't work called down to front desk. He said that he put a ticket in to get it repaired last week he said that it must have not got fixed correctly or the maintenance man hadden got to it yet. Next morning I talked with a supervisor name Jon about Tv not working he said that maintenance fixed the TV and sent him a picture of it working. I ensured him that the TV was still not working and asked him he went to the room to check if his maintenance person fixed it correctly cause I believe that he rented me a room with a bad Tv in it due to hotel being sold out. I asked him if renting a room with a bad TV was up to there standards.He told me that he was done talking to me. Nice Hotel very poor management "

"Delicious breakfast with good variety of choices. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool area thoroughly. We came during the week, so we had it to ourselves. Outdoor pool was not open yet for the season but they appeared to be prepping it for the summer. Pool was comfortably warm and hot tub good temperature as well. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Showers with good water pressure. One sink was a bit slow to drain but nothing that hindered our experience. Staff all were helpful and cordial."

"Honestly, this was a very nice hotel for a great price. It was in such a convenient spot, surrounded by everything that we needed within walking distance! The rooms were very updated and clean, I love the long pool hours for a late night swim, and the food at the restaurant was delicious!"

"Very run down and in need of a lot of work. The building smelled terrible and the beds were horrendous. The doors were broken and it had snowed with no real clean up making it dangerous to walk to your car. It's a haul to the water park and they want you to park about a half mile away which is ridiculous. Would not stay here again."

"We booked an “accessible “ room, which proved to be accessible only in the bathroom. It was a very small room and if my walker didn’t fold the way it does, the fit would have been very tight. Anyone who requires the use of a wheelchair or electric scooter would be very uncomfortable. But, for the price we paid, for the one quick night, I was satisfied. I would stay there again as long as needs for accessibility don’t increase as I grow older. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable, although having only one pillow each, was a bit inconvenient. "
