"we had a late dinner which did the job. unfortunately our room faced the car park so we didn't get the lake view but we did have a very friendly duck tapping on the window in the morning. we could walk to the front and see some of the lake but there was a wedding fair on so access was somewhat restricted. overall a pleasant room and quiet stay."

"The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff.
The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning.
The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!"

"Room very clean and well presented. Bed and pillows soft. My two night stay was very quiet and enjoyable.
Staff were very friendly and conscientious, but not annoyling so.
Food and drink, plus the service was excellent.
Gym is modern with a pleasant environment and i happeend to be the only one to use it during my stay- it still had that new gym smell to it.
Parking on the road is fine and loads of spaces.
Within walking distance of the beach if thats what you are after.
Overal, a good base for business or holidaymakers alike.
I've struggled to find a hotel in Great Yarmouth that i like, but this place will certainty be my regular when i mext return for work."

"It’s a cheap hotel near the beach, and if that’s all that you’re looking for, you’ll be okay. It’s not in great shape, but there wasn’t really anything wrong with it. There only seemed to be one staff member there, but she was friendly and helpful. My room was clean but didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed very well. Carpets were coming up in places and the walls seemed very thin. "
