"We were welcomed warmly at Reception and shown where our room was. We had access to a lovely sitting area with comfy couches. Our room was spacious and very clean. Had towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. The price for the room was extremely good value and I would definitely return."

"We were four adults sharing one room, and unfortunately, the space didn't match what was shown on the website. The room felt cramped, with the beds taking up nearly all available floor space. The beds themselves were decent, but the overall comfort was compromised by the tight layout. The shower pressure was weaker than expected, which made for less-than-ideal rinses. During our stay, we experienced a heat wave, and the window ventilation was insufficient—there was only one small opening, making the room uncomfortably warm. On a positive note, the parking area was excellent. We were able to leave our car there even after checkout on the same day, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel has some redeeming qualities, but the room size and ventilation issues significantly impacted our stay."

"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"Perfect location for a city break in Norwich. Clean and quiet, onset parking. All staff very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the aircon room as we stayed during the peak of heatwave week. However there's no fridge in the room so no where to keep our drinks cool. Overall room was quiet, spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Yes we would recommend this hotel to others."
