"Great property. Clean room with nice balcony for sitting. Nice food options and numerous pools to choose from. Private beach access is wonderful too. Maybe tailored more for the younger crowd than couples looking for quiet and relaxing."

"The resort was beautiful and clean! My only issue was it seemed like some (not all) of the staff did not care about our small issues (like coffee pot not working in the room) or other minor things. Overall the stay was great, but if you don’t speak Spanish the staff typically does not want to help you unfortunately."

"At first when we arrived there was miscommunication but the next day, Manager Willy went above & beyond to fix everything & offered a room upgrade & get us situated to make things better. If you have Expedia Gold membership just make sure to communicate clearly to the check in receptionist, they have personal guest attendees for Expedia members that take care of everything for you & make all the reservations for the restaurants & activities. I did not fully understand that at check in but afterwards the next day it was more clear. Property is extremely beautiful at night but during the day the theme is very dark to set a cave like experience, not really my cup of tea. Don’t be late with the restaurant reservations, they are very punctual & don’t make exceptions, strictly reservations for dinner, make all your dining reservations & stick to them from the time you check in. The Brazilian restaurant would be the best option. Wide selection of meats & salad buffet Buffet staff are very attentive & friendly Property is very large in size so be prepared to walk a lot Room size & balcony are very spacious The pool, Cenote & water slides are excellent. My overall experience was 9/10. My recommendation for such a top tier resort is to implement top shelf liquor for the premium experience"
