"Staff was great. Lobby area was great. As far as my room there could have been some improvements. Looking at it briefly it’s looked nice however after actually staying in it there were def some issues. The shower door didn’t close all the way. There was lots of stains throughout the room on the rug, curtains, and the wall as if something splattered in numerous spots. "

"This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right away (it wasn’t even 5 minutes) up to our room! They fixed the AC right away and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also very nice and quick to help us! We never complain so I felt really bad to cause them any trouble, but the Gil at the desk and our maintenance guy were so friendly and willing to help! The popcorn, pop, and other refreshments are a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again! "

"At check in w were told the room we reserved was not available. The room they replaced it with was used and had trash inside. Was then made to wait another hour for a different room to be ready "

"Ok, so I spent almost $1,000 for a Thursday - Sunday stay. There is NO continental breakfast, no microwave in the room. There is only one microwave on each floor next to the ice and vending machines. There are no paper towels near the microwave, so when someone makes a huge mess of the microwave it can’t be cleaned up. So I had to find paper towels to clean up someone else’s mess before I could use the microwave. The sink in the bathroom only had scalding hot water, no cold water to brush teeth. The bathroom did not have a vent fan so after showering it was so hot and humid, not only in the bathroom but the entire room. It just seems that you can pay a lot less at other hotels and get a whole lot more. I expected much more from Hyatt & the price I paid. "

"Staff was wonderful and helpful, to their best they could. Lots of confusion regarding valet, luggage transport to room (other guests as well). Room was pretty disappointing. Deadbolt was broke and non functional, pubes in tub and bathroom floor, vent blowing out air was gross. Crumbs from previous guest, dust covered every fixture and cabinet. We only stayed here for the location to the convention center. Not worth it, aside from the fact we didn’t get shot or mugged "

"We had to pay for parking. Great location if you like the downtown feel. Not the best for us. Will go back to staying at Hiltons for this price. "
