“The check-in process was a nightmare. This hotel has elected not to staff their front desk after evening hours. I used a kiosk just off their porch to check myself in with some assistance from a remote operator. Once my credentials past inspection, I was asked to create my own room key cards. The instructions provided were not specific and the key cards did not work.
There was no online help available using the kiosk; once the original operator had signed off I had no way of contacting him...
