โAll the staffs were very nice and friendly. The Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor was also generally okay. The guest room was also okay to stay as a business traveller.
However, the facility is poorly managed. The hotel building itself is quite old, and especially the gym looked almost abandoned. Treadmills were out of order, and weight training machines were literally broken. It's better to close the facility completely and remove from service list and website if they can't manage it...

โOverall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room.
They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair).
