"Head South Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. Our Deluxe Room was spacious, well-appointed and had a lovely balcony to watch paragliders off of Signal Hill. Great amenities include a scrumptious breakfast (one of the best we had in our South Africa travels), nice open air community patio to relax after a day of sightseeing, a snack & drink honor bar that was reasonably priced and a helpful staff (Teddy was awesome), including a wonderful daytime staffmember who helped transport our bags to our 3rd floor room as there is no elevator. Location was minutes from the beach, a Hop On/Off bus pickup stop that can take you to V&A waterfront, Table Mountain, all around the city, etc. and several good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Head South Lodge if you want to be slightly removed from the hustle & bustle of the Cape Town CBD but still be able to access everything that the city has to offer."
