Gorgeous charming property! Have stayed here 3 times and will go back. The rooms are super comfortable, beautiful decor, plush beds equal to a 5 star hotel, super clean, flat queen TVs, each room different but all done well, all spaces from the rooms to the common areas to outdoor court yard all impeccable, the included breakfast is not a regular hotel breakfast - it is made to order and something you would enjoy in a fine restaurant but even better. The pancakes are out of this world and we donโt order anything else although Iโve heard other guests saying the same about the breakfast potatoes. We stop here on way to ski in Colorado and itโs the perfect spot for an overnight - close enough to I-70 to be convenient but no noise or other issues that you have at other hotels that are usually too close to freeway. The family who runs the hotel are wonderful and give tips for things to do around town. The town itself is very interesting to explore - old rail stop with historical buildings many abandoned and in need of adoption but also really cool and it feels like you are exploring an old west ghost town. Itโs very safe and people are friendly and helpful. The other hotel guests seem to be a nice group who are there on their way to explore the near by parks which are excellent, hiking, natural scenery and river rafting. Canโt say enough good things about this hotel. Used to be a 1950s style motel building that has been renovated into a luxurious bed and breakfast. Stay!!!
