“On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water.
