The shower needs attention! The shower rose was so blocked you couldn’t use it, it was leaking from the arm joint, and the handheld was exactly that, you had to hold it as the riser rail was broken!

A staff member happened to be outside when we arrived & unasked, helped with parking, unloaded our luggage & took it to our room. On registering we were invited to rest in the lounge, served tea & assisted with telephoning. The room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast excellent.
