"If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. It is also a winery and had some bottles of their terrific wines. "

"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

"Lovely surroundings and pleasant room. A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"Très bon accueil et l’endroit est bien optimisé et arrangé. Cependant la chambre très vieillotte les porte très fine le mieux c’est d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Les repas et pdj dispos que à partir de 8:00 et 20:00 aucune offre sans gluten L’endroit en plein milieu des champs l’odeur qui va avec . On a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. J’ai l’impression qu’il il n’y a pas d’ambiance. C’est pas un endroit qui me donne envie d’y retourner"

"This is Not a 4star hotel!!!!!! No Bathroom amenities but a liquid soap to do all!! And the one in the shower didn’t even work! No boxes of tissues! Just Horrible, no bell service, had no Water for 4 hours!, Breakfast was subpar, would not recommend anyone to stay here!!! Staff also was no Friendly or helpful, no staff after 11pm"
