"We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. It’s clean and modern and had everything we wanted. The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The breakfast was awesome. So much more than I was expecting. Location was excellent - we walked everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Happy to recommend. "

"The location was awesome. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help you. I do want to point out that even though it says it has an elevator, the top rooms have a few stairs to get to them—nothing major."

"This could not be a more perfectly central location in the heart of Firenze! The device was wonderful and breakfast was great! When you step out of the lobby, you are 2-5 minutes from absolutely everything and our room was beautiful to come to each night! We will be back!"

"Did not want to leave this hotel. Absolutely beautiful interior, from the entry to the library like lobby and gorgeous bar. Loverly dining area. Fabulous breakfast, lovely and accommodating staff, loved the doorman! Great accessible location. Beautiful spacious room with a view of the Duomo. What a find! And I must admit, I am a hard to please person :)"

"Over all the hotel was clean and well kept. Excellent location within a shortish walk to the Duomo. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The front desk and bar staff were excellent. My only complaint would be that the wait staff left something to be desired. They were in no certain rush to respond to requests. "

"Beautiful hotel! Very clean and spacious room. It was four of us-me, my husband and our two kids (6 and 13 yrs). There was enough area in the room for all of us. It is loft style so there is a bed upstairs and one downstairs. It is right in front of the tram station so if you need to go anywhere just hop on the tram. We walked a lot and it was easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi and other central area. Lot of restaurants near by the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Florence next time. "
