โIt was just a very basic room to stay in after my Sonโs Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didnโt expect much, and it wasnโt much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because Iโm not too picky. โ
โLoved the place. Although a bit costly than the other hotels nearby, the place was clean, big spacious rooms, breakfast was alright, the showers weren't bad and was quite (prob cuz I got the room that's facing the parking lot).โ
โA family of four we stayed overnight en route to LA. The hotel/room exceeded our expectations, such comfortable beds, nice and modern, perfectly clean. Our teenage boys, 16 and 14 had the bunkbeds which were a good size, comfortable and fabulous in that they were in a separate area, partitioned off with a sliding door, which gave us all some privacy.
Perfect for our short stay :)โ
โHave been staying at the old side of the Santa Maria Inn a few times now. We love the nostalgic feel from back in the day. Very well preserved. Clean vintage rooms. We had asked for a room with a view of their beautiful garden and were placed in one that didnโt really accommodate that. But upon request we were very politely upgraded to one of their executive suites. That made our experience so much better. We appreciate the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. As always...
