I reserve this place because offered restaurant services and no pets allowed because my husband and daughter are allergic; well upon our arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed Mon-Wed, in addition the fireplace at the bedroom wasn't working, plus dogs were at the property

Las mejores cabañas de Tapalpa, el servicio en el restaurant es 10/10 y la comida es exquisita. Además las cabañas están muy bien equipadas y bonitas. El personal es muy atento y amable, te hacen sentir en casa. Simplemente lo mejor!

Para descansar de la ciudad recomendable

El hotel es muy bonito, cómodo, tiene utensilios de cocina, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, y refrigerador, dan botanas al llegar de cortesía, cuentan con restaurante desayuno bufet los fines de semana y comida a la carta con música en vivo, es muy agradable el lugar y moderno a la vez

La pasamos muy bien, teníamos mucho tiempo sin salir de viaje. Lo único es que las personas que hacen la limpieza de las cabañas no traen cubrebocas, y tampoco vi que hicieran sanitización de las instalaciones.

Nos encantó el lugar, la cabaña preciosa, el único detalle fue que nos quedamos sin agua para el baño, no pudimos bañarnos, fuera de ese detalle, todo lo demás estuvo perfecto, muy recomendable.

El lugar muy bonito, todo limpio. Un lugar para relajarse en la naturaleza. Lo que podrian mejorar es tener alimentos en el restaurante toda la semana y asi evitar tener que salir hasta el pueblo. Ademas el.colchon de la cama king un poco incomodo.
