This is a good hotel accessible to the Parian and shopping- hotel need pay more attention in the room cleanliness It seem the bed sheets where not change o need new sheets no air conditioner in the room- the staff was friendly

Disappointed

Great location close to the city center. We came in late. We were supposed to get a balcony suite. No balcony. There was a lot of hair and some strange white flakes in the shower. Hair on one pillow. Holes in the sheets. Possibly not changed. Whenever we returned to our room the key had to be reset before we could get in. Other than that it was fine. Expected a little more for 1700 pesos. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pero la ubicación excelente

Dos muy jóvenes nos atendieron, la habitación un poco sucia, la almohada muy alta, dura y con olor a sudor y no hay opción de cambio, no nos asearon la habitación, tuve que ir a pedir cambio de toallas y papel sanitario, el depósito de shampoo estaba vacío, pero la ubicación excelente

Puntos a favor me brindaron la habitación a las 7 a.m. (antes del horario de check in), todo el personal fue muy amable. Puntos en contra, accidentalmente tire un artículo personal detrás del buró al lado de la cama y al sacarlo estaba llenísimo de pelusa acumulada se ve que hace bastante tiempo no se ha limpiado ahi, de domingo para lunes no realizaron limpieza en la habitación tal cual la deje así la encontre en la noche que regresé y el día lunes me informaron que no habria desayuno por ser día festivo cuando desde mi punto de vista es indispensable que cuenten con el servicio ya que es algo que ofrecen y que viene incluido con la estancia.

It was on a budget! Just bad service. 1st they gave me a room with bad plumbing in the restroom. Seemed like they were working on the restroom. So they gave me another room. First thing i see is a cockroach running around. Room seemed dusty. Towels in the restroom were stiff. I go out for the night. Go back to the hotel and they say oh we dont have water for the night it'll be fixed by tomorrow around 9am. I said oh well thats a bad review then, she said ill reimburse half of your money. So they did the next morning. But i had to go book another hotel, that night. Was mad and disappointed.
