Excellent stay! Very clean room and spacious. They staff were great! Great air conditioning. The hot water and water pressure was marvelous…not all hotels in Guatemala have hot water. Restaurant on site. Parking under ground.

The staff have been very friendly and helpful. I wish that the pool had a heater but we have still used it a few times when it is sunny. Pool is best in the afternoon.

Breakfast is not free, but it is inexpensive and a good buffet with variety. Room was clean and spacious, and beds and sheets were comfortabl, and towels too. Hotel is located in Zone 4, and has a strip bar in front, so it is somewhat noisy. Sraff is very accommodating and friendly. The only drawback is that there is only one elevator for 7 people, so at given times of the day it is difficult to go up or down, although using the stairs is an option. For a short stay with my kid's soccer team, it was a good option.

Located 15 minutes to the airport and much quieter than the hotel district. Best Peru restaurant called Lima only 5 minutes walk away. Cool brewery's nearby such as 14 cervesas with great staff & local beers. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was close to great restaurants and nightlife. My first room was from the 1980s dirty stained rug, old decor and beds. On 3rd night relocated to another room which was renovated on 13th floor and was extremely clean. The gym was not open on Sundays. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was renovated, spacious, clean and very nice. Although I like the hotel facilities and love their breakfast, they almost did not let us check in. They found our Orbitz reservations, but wanted to charge us again for the nights twice when we had already paid in full through the app. After a long time and struggle, they finally let us get into the room until the problem was solved. I stayed there before and did not have that problem, but this time, they did not know how to handle the Orbitz reservation nor the situation.

Great hotel

I chose this hotel because the location, close to 4 grados norte, a must to visit spot in the city. Hotel is beautiful and clean, comfortable bed, and the room was so big, bathroom was huge too. Great costumer service. The only thing I didn’t like is that guests can’t receive visitors at all the time, nobody told about it at the check in and there is no advertising online, definitely I’m not coming back to this hotel, besides this issue, I highly recommend this great hotel.
