편안한 휴가
런던에서 멀지 않이 하루 쉬기 좋습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절했고 특히 저녁식사를 위한 레스토랑도 맛있었습니다. 수영장 및 스파 욕조도 괜찮았습니다. 방은 적당히 넓고 아즉했습니다.

A wonderful hotel and environment. The only downside was having to pay for parking. As a guest of the hotel that should have been free. Everything else was perfect.

I received a parking ticket/fee for £170.00 despite registering my car registration with reception on arrival and parking in a disabled parking bay. With a valid Disabled Badge.

bar and lobby area are modern and really lovely for relaxing in. Rooms are comfortable and good size. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel and pleased with both. Health club a special star. Really enjoyed it. Stayed with two kids and got goody bags. Would love to stay again.

Hotel was good but not great. But because we didn't book direct with Holiday Inn we had to pay carparking fees.

Lovely large room, great bed but room was to hot for sleeping & could not turn down air conditioning low enough even with window open. Bathroom not very clean & shower head not adjustable which is no good when you don't want to get your hair wet

The hotel had a nice flow to it. Nice interior. Reasonable rooms with big bed. Breakfast was really gorgeous, well cooked. Bar area spacious and plenty of seating and tables to work on. It was conveniently placed for our group who were there to attend an event at a nearby Technology Centre. Would definitely stay again.

Shower not working !
Stayed here before and all was good. Complimentary crisps and chocolate a nice touch. BUT early morning, trying to wash hair before an appointment --- Shower did not work, bath tap did but would not change to shower head---nightmare as I have very long hair ! No shower gel in holder either. Jack on check in was excellent. Told chap on checkout day of shower problems.

Extreme disappointment
Arrived at night and parked the car. Went straight in and checked in. The next day we saw the notice we’ve had to pay for parking. Went straight to reception to do that. They said we can only pay for the next evening which we did. Back home and three weeks later we get a 60£ fee - the hotel has a camera on the way in and we were fined. Why didn’t staff say anything about it when we enquired. We wanted to pay. It feels like a scheme to fine people instead of a fair service and care for the customers. The room furniture and corridors are quite dated. We killed a huge spider in the middle of the room - happens, not an issue. It was early morning and at breakfast asked the receptionist to notify housekeeping and vacuum it. Went back at 9pm to find it still there. All that with paying 320 Euro for a two night stay without breakfast. So disappointed with Holiday Inn.
