"Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next...

"This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Very obliging staff and great food in the restaurant albeit limited to nil in its western breakfast food selection. But why crave cereals in Rome? The swimming pools have a great lay out The rooms are basic but I felt very safe in this guarded resort. Was a great stay!"
