"I recently returned home from an incredible stay at Paradisus Cancun, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We booked an Ocean View Room with Family Concierge service, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and checked in by Carolina, who was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of working with our personal concierge, Natalia, who truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. She gave us a thorough tour of the property, ensuring we knew where everything was located, and assisted with all of our dinner reservations and transportation arrangements. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel valued every step of the way. One of the highlights of our trip was the thoughtful surprise Natalia arranged for our anniversary. When we returned to our room after dinner on our final night, we were greeted with champagne, balloons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a special touch and the perfect way to celebrate. The outstanding service extended far beyond the concierge team. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive. We were always greeted with a smile, doors were opened for us, and everyone made us feel like part of the family."

"The property grounds, lobby, facilities, restaurants and service within the restaurants, pools and bars are all wonderful. The food is very good quality and tasty within the restaurants and coffee bar in the lobby. Room service has extremely limited choices, no hot breakfast or cook to order breakfast which is when I wanted it the most. They are getting 4 out of 5 for the following reasons: We had some issues with our room which included, room requests not be honored, cleanliness, empty coffee packet or coffee missing altogether, broken outlets, stained bedding sheets, empty cans left on balcony, some type of smudge of sticky dirt left on one of our articles of clothing by maintenance (which they denied) and a balcony door which would not close all the way, and couldn't be fixed until the following day, leaving it to where we had a gap in the balcony door overnight. I know these seem like minor issues; however, they added up to larger dissatisfaction and inconveniences during our 7 night stay. What disappointed us more is the way the Customer Support attempted to resolve it. I wasn't asking to get a refund or discount, or have the room upgraded for free. All I was asking for the remaining 4 nights of our stay was to have access to benefits given to their Elite Members. Restaurant reservations, which they did for 3 nights but would not grant Elite Pool access, Elite Restaurant / room service access, or the amenity gift bag."
