Elke ochtend werd er gevraagd wat wij bij het ontbijt wilden hebben(omeletten, ander ei, prociutto etc) Er was een heerlijke proeverij (wijnen gingen snel en volle glazen) zoon is enthousiast met zijn uitleg en van 7 tot 22 uur kon je pasta of antipasti bestellen dat door de moeder gemaakt werd. Vader was ook altijd bereikbaar een aanrader als je voor rust en wijn komt ”
