โGreat pub, exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern rooms and super friendly staff. As a bonus, the food is of a very high standard and the Guinness was decent. Canโt fault this place in any way, stopped here to be in the area for the snooker at the Crucible in Sheffield, it was a 20 minute taxi ride from here to Sheffield Town Centre. As Arnie saidโฆ.. โI had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone.
The breakfast was amazing and hot!
The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get!
The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didnโt go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I canโt sleep.โ
โWe paid ยฃ45 for a Sunday night & although the hotel is a little bit tired, for the price it was great! Clean, comfy bed & the staff are lovely. Didnโt book breakfast as we had to leave really early, but what we saw of it it looked great.โ
โLoved Staying here before the theme park Season really kicked off. My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00
Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poorโ
โReally welcoming staff on the reception desk and lovely bar/lounge area. We had just booked the standard room which had a modern en-suite, but the bedroom itself looked a bit tired (e.g. coating very worn on headboard). Hotel is well located and I would definitely stay again.โ
