"We had a very pleasant stay at H-Avenue. While the room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient, what stood out the most were the staff. Two of the front desk staff members exceeded my expectations with their kindness and professionalism in helping me deal with an unexpected situation where I was missing my luggage upon getting off the KTX. They treated my concerns as their own and did everything they could to help me resolve the issue. Because of them, I was able to track down the person who had accidentally taken my luggage and had it back by the next day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much!"

Convenient location, amenities like apartment, quiet places and many restaurants and stores including Lotte department store are all in walking distance. One thing I would like to mention is throwing garbage was not easy, I think this might come from the government’s policy - separate collection. I often dreamed my place’s(California, USA) lean policy. Overall, very very good place. Thanks. "

"Absolutely love this place. Stayed twice during my travels that’s how much I loved the location and comfort. Super easy to catch the metro. Lots of food options. Convenience store on the first floor. WASHER MACHINE. Everything was clean and easy. No contact check-in but they communicate pretty early and let you know luggage drop if needed before 4 pm. Check-in being at 4pm rather than 3 I think was the only downside. "
