"시설이 노후되어 세탁과 청소로도 감춰질 수 없는 미세한 불쾌감이 있습니다. 공조 설비에서 내려오는 공기나 침구의 냄새에서 세월의 흔적이 맡아집니다. 또한 가족 단위 투숙객이 많음에도 방음이 철저한 편은 아니라, 투숙객 이동이 많은 아침, 저녁 시간에는 소음을 감수해야 합니다. 주변 환경은 불국사 입구의 천혜의 조건이나, 이를 호젓히 즐기기 위해 오랜 기간 숙소에 머무르기 보다 단기간 잠만 주무실 분들이나 이른 새벽 석굴암 방문하실 분들은 가성비 숙소로 괜찮다고 판단됩니다."

"On arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, which was surprising for a 4-star hotel and set a slightly underwhelming first impression. The staff interactions throughout our stay felt quite matter-of-fact rather than warm or welcoming, and room service was average. On the positive side, the facilities were good overall. We particularly liked the on-site café and grocery shop, which were convenient and well maintained. The room and bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is clean and well equipped, but service and hospitality could be improved to better match its 4-star rating."

Pohang Hotel View

"Hotel View is located across the street from the beach. There are endless bars and restaurants in all directions and you are located in the middle of everything. The building looked completely renovated inside and outside. It has nice and clean modern decor. Our room had the beautiful oceanside view and it was nice to be able to watch all the activities and fire works at night. Morning sunrise was fantastic! Room itself was spacious and clean with modern decor. Nice bathroom as well. I didn't know this until the next morning but they also offered simple breakfast with toasts, orange juice and coffee. They also offered free bottled waters for the guests! Our only hick up was the number of beds. I reserved the premium double bed on Expedia which had room picture of two separate beds. Without paying too much attention, I reserved the room for two adults assuming it had two double beds. It turned out it had the wrong picture. I complained to the front desk and they apologized but couldn't switch the room because they had no other vacancy. They remedied the situation by offering another set of floor bedding and blankets. I was fine with that. Overall, my experience at the Hotel View was great. I would give 9.5 out of 10 (0.5 taken off for the wrong picture on Expedia). If I were to visit this area again, I would definitely stay here again."

Sono Calm Gyeongju

"I loved my business stay at Sono Calm Yeoju, so this time I chose Sono Calm Gyeongju. First of all, I really liked the location, and having a hot spring within the resort made it even more appealing. I still don't quite understand why hotel guests only receive a 20% discount for using it, but I suppose that's common in Korea, where pools and spa facilities are often charged separately. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. While rushing to check out in time for my train, I accidentally left my jacket behind. When I contacted the hotel the next day, they kindly shipped it to me that very same day. That was truly impressive service. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return with my family next time. I was also happy to learn that pets are welcome."

"Location of the property is good for public transport as the express bus terminal is very near and the intercity Bus terminal is next door. The area right around the hotel isn't very nice. Some grubby restaurants but not much else. You'll have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to the area with nice restaurants."
