โWhen I first entered the room, I liked that it was very clean and comfortable. When I woke up the next day, I found it. I saw a small amount of blood on the bed linen and yellow stains on the duvet. Everything is perfect but you need to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bedding. โ

It was terribel, and room was smoking room (they said no smoking room, and I'm not a smoker), no lights from stand, no bulb on the ceil, no wifi at room, smells really bad, no hanger (nothing), bad and unkind staff, etc. everything was bad. My comment is just don't go here!! With that price, it should be less than $24.99, and they charged me more than $70.00!!โ

โWe appreciated that the room and bathroom were large. However, (1) there was a constant/strong smell of marijuana coming from a nearby room that we smelled each time we went to our rental car (our young child was with us); (2) as soon as we walked into our room there was a giant cockroach at the door, and in the evening my husband was up late and said he saw many cockroaches of all sizes come out during the night; (3) it appears there was a partial remodel of the room that stopped right at the...
โThe best part was the check in. I wish I got her name but the wonderful lady who checked me in was warm, accommodating, and fast. The hotel itself has more cons than pros, but knowing they have such a great staff combined with their prices being some of the best in the area means I will come back when my needs require an inexpensive place near BNA.
