"This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. "A great place to unwind and relax after hiking Gayasan. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the mountains and no light pollution meant we could see stars. The bed was comfortable and the robes were a pleasant surprise. The public sauna was delightful and one highlight were the incredible amethyst stones. The staff was very courteous and attentive and could communicate well in English. The beer garden was unfortunately closed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious. "
