"The Guy who checked me in was very pleasant and respectful when i git back the next afternoon the girl behind the desk wasn't very friendly. He was so nice to bring me and extra blanket and towels for my stay the most comfortable comforter i ever had at any Hotel. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL! THANK HIM FOR ME! Despite the roaches, the bed was very comfortable. "

"My stay was great all the way up until the end when I was trying to check out the the guy that was checking out was extremely rude when I was trying to look up my rewards points number he stated that since we had worked with a third-party that we cannot get rewards points, I told him that the person that I checked us in the other night stated that we could and he said that that was a lie in a very extremely unprofessional way I would almost not stay here again just because of that experience"
