"Rooms were clean, but a bit worn. I believe they charged extra for added visitors since I had 2 rooms for 6 people, but only had 4 towels. No free coffee in the lobby, had to wait quite a while until someone showed up to man the counter. Rooms were very noisy with mechanical sounds of water running and hvac - over 60db at night. Very nice view on the river side, but I would try some where else given a choice. "

"We and many others were told at check in that breakfast began at 6am but it starts at 7 on the weekend. Seems small and insignificant but caused issues that Saturday morning."

"Kitchen is a small two burners and a sink bring your own pots and utensils and papertowels they do not supply that stuff. But for a quick stay and cheap its fine."

"The room was filthy. Wads of hair all over the floor. Had to go to the store to purchase our own cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. There was a hole in the pipe under the bathroom sink, so we had to have someone come out first thing in the morning. By the time we came back to the room, it was “fixed”, but when we tested it, it was still leaking just not as much. Breakfast was a joke! Self serve/make waffles, toast, and juice/coffee, that was it. Ice machine had not a single piece of ice. Someone from the office woke us out of our sleep and called at midnight to “check in” with the work that had been done. Then proceeded to state that someone was complaining about noice, yet we were in bed by 9/9:30p because of my toddler and the fact that I myself had competition in the morning. The only thing that had going for them was the beds. They were nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking. "

"Key wouldn’t open first room—2 attempts. New room—TV didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work. Charging ports didn’t work. Wall paper thin—could hear loud neighbors at 3 am. "

"Handicap accessibility is questionable at best. Shower Rod in room was hanging by two screws and about to fall down. Reported it and nothing done. Door lock to room had to have the battery changed so card reader would work. Room lighting was extremely poor! Half the electrical outlets did not function at all. TV only received one channel through a very poor satellite reception. Only offer snack type food for breakfast. Thank God for Royal Farns next door!"

"Friendly staff, but we had a couple security concerns during our stay that should be fixed with some more training. I got back to the room while it was being cleaned so I waited outside until it was finished. The cleaning staff held the door open for me without verifying it was actually my room. On a second occasion, my room key stopped working and the front desk reprogrammed it for me without asking my name."

"Hallway to get to room was filled with garbage. Lobby was disorganized with tons of mattresses and dirty ACs stacked. Lobby desk was not inviting. "
