"The bathroom was in poor condition, cracked bathtub that was previously painted over, damaged walls and floor tiles, loud vent. The room was cleaned, but was in poor condition too, the mini fridge was peeling, the door to the room was damaged and didn’t have any weather stripping which caused every sound from the hallway so audible and loud from our room. The doors all slammed to the neighboring rooms which was another thing that made for a hard time sleeping. The coffee was really strong and muddy, the cafeteria was in poor condition and not clean so we didn’t eat the food, but there was hot food and some typical free breakfast items to choose from. The staff was really nice, quick and helpful."

"I'm reviewing this as a very calm person and one with a lot of patience. I never write reviews either but this was genuinely the, not "one of", the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I arrived after an exhausting 8-hour bus ride around 7am, completely drained, and the guy at the front desk admitted he didn’t even know how to use the system to find our booking. Instead of trying to help, he turned us away and wouldn’t even let us sit in the lobby while it was freezing outside. Then we were suddenly told we couldn’t check in because we were 20 and not 21, even though the hotel literally allowed us to book the room online with our ages. That makes absolutely no sense and felt completely misleading. We asked if we could at least have the “complimentary breakfast” while we figured things out, and he told us it’s basically not real anyway — just bagels and coffee. The entire experience felt misrepresented from start to finish. What made it even worse was the complete lack of customer service. When I asked for help getting a refund or resolving the situation with Expedia, he just said it was “fully on us” and refused to help at all. Eventually he literally walked away from the desk window while we were talking to him and never came back. We were left stranded, exhausted, freezing, and stressed with zero support. Maybe not staying there ended up being a blessing in disguise, but this experience was awful and I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone."

"Hotel is run down and smoke smell permeates everything. Carpets stained and items in room broken. Cleaning lady was lovely and tried to help us find a room that didn't smell so badly. It seemed that people were living there. Tried to walk to Wawa across the street but the Jersey barriers made it 20 minute walk. "

"This place was the nastiest place I have ever seen I booked and paid for 15 nights. I stayed one and left. I had to go book somewhere else and it cost me 1000 bucks. I wouldn’t take a poop in this place not alone to shower. the pictures are misleading. The elevator buttons are broken, homeless people everywhere the room is so small if you were a fart, you would smell it a week later."
