“We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven.”

“I would very much like to give a review for this property which I booked for a wedding in the area, but I never got the chance to see the property. The property is in a gated community, and the property manager never sent the check in instructions. I attempted to communicate multiple times, and got no response. I got hotels.com customer service involved, and they had no luck either. Ultimately they agreed to cancel my reservation after I wasted two hours of my time dealing with the issue. ...

“This listing is a scam. There is no access to the property once you are booked, and there is no support or service from Expedia. There is no telephone number to contact the property manager, and no way to get in. We had no response from anyone at all, and got no help from Expedia. Steer clear of this one.”
