Staff was amazing— so attentive and polite. Room was clean and well-maintained - nice Mix of modern and traditional Japanese ryokan. Enjoyed the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast that was served in our room. Convenient hotel free shuttle to the train station. We will definitely be back again!

Our room was the suite with the private onsen. Good clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing room with traditional Japanese features. The view we had was the mountain view and It was amazing while soaking in the onsen. Location was up on a hill so not to much around unless you walk into the town. Overall the stay was amazing and the staff was helpful. highly recommend for traditional Ryokan

We upgraded to the room with the private onsen - it was awesome and very relaxing! The room is great. Would definitely recommend to book the private onsen. The other onsen are separated by gender. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was a nice getaway after some busy days in Tokyo!
