"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"The hotel is in great condition and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Alicia bartends in the evening and she was wonderful! She makes an effort to get to know you and offers great recommendations of places to see and places to eat. Overall this hotel is in a great location, a walk away from union square shopping. "
