“No TV (something about a problem with Bell Media). No restaurant. Our room didn't have any curtains (blinders). Decorative curtains were broken and hanging by a thread. We had to request another room that had proper blinds so that we didn't have to wake up at 5 a.m. with sunshine in our room. Screens are falling off from the patio doors. This place is really depressing.”

“Room was clean bathroom shower had broken roof top in 1 spot reported and shower head sprayed water left and right so was leaking reported Noise complaint when trying call front desk no answer when reported about noise complaint next day staff member just said we tried calling the room making a noise... instead of going to the room to deal with the noise complaint (Multiple people reported) Other than that good motel clean and nice view near the water”

“This Motel is showing its age, we stayed for 2 nights, our room was very humid and smelled musty, the door closer on the exterior hallway door was not working so everytime someone entered the door would slam. You have to leave your footwear in the lobby if you want to use the pool. We stayed here as it was our only option in Bancroft for these dates and will look harder next time.”

“The property was quite unique.. and very close to amenities and attractions. Convenient to all areas.. close to the Princess crystal Mineral rock hounding. The hostess was amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Felt like home away from home. Was a special getaway.. breakfast was delicious. Her lovely dog Luna was amazing .beautiful Lake view on property.. 10 out of 10 .would go back for sure.”
