"Checked in late key was meant to be left on reception for us but it was not which was not ideal after a 12 hour drive and a 4 year old at 1130pm"

"Ensure you check the checkin time. A bit of confusion here as once booked at 10pm got an email stating checkin closes at 9pm then an email at 1am stating that checkin was reopened for us."

"This place was outstanding. The room (superior double with hot tub bath) was small but well-appointed. We managed to get four big suitcases in and have no issues. We did have to open them one at a time. The bathroom had a wonderful jetted hot tub and a bidet. The TV was massive and I was able to stream YouTube from my phone The host / owner was amazing. She was very caring and helpful. It is 6 minutes taxi from the hospital; I stayed there as my husband had an emergency appendectomy while on ski holiday. It was 12 minute walk to downtown and 15 minutes walk to Olympic Park. It is about 1.25 hour to Val Thorens of Les 3 Vallees. When we return here on holiday, we will for sure stay here."

"A great three star budget option that we really enjoyed. Optimised for groups with loud music playing we loved it. Not to be confused with an elegant five star place - but nor is the price. Superb staff and good solid food. Only slight negative was the breakfast buffet being almost empty after 9am despite being open until 10am"

"Our flight was delayed - so we phoned the hotel within check in time (5-7pm) and got no response. When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel"

"Alain et Nalou sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Accueillants, sympathiques et dotés de l'hospitalité chaleureuse d'un couple de voyageurs passionnés, ils aiment recevoir dans leurs chambres d'hôtes et s'assurent que tous leurs hôtes passent un excellent séjour. Ils considèrent les nouveaux arrivants comme des amis qu'ils ne connaissent pas encore. J'y ai séjourné en solo lors de l'Étape du Tour de France avec deux autres couples, tous deux français, qui participaient également à l'Étape. Seul francophone, Alain m'a accueilli chaleureusement et a veillé à ce que, malgré les différences linguistiques, nous nous sentions tous à l'aise. Déguster l'excellent repas de Nalou en terrasse était parfait pour briser la glace. La cuisine était excellente, une cuisine simple et rustique, fruit d'une attention particulière et de bons produits locaux : juste ce qu'il fallait avant une grande épreuve cycliste. Alain m'a proposé de ranger mes affaires et d'utiliser son garage/atelier bien équipé, mais n'a pas hésité à ce que je déballe et remonte mon vélo dans ma chambre. Le lit était confortable et la chambre offrait une vue magnifique. Alain a également proposé de venir me chercher à Albertville après la course et de me conduire à la gare pour prendre mon train (tous deux gratuitement). En route vers la gare, je me suis rendu compte que j'avais indiqué à Alain la mauvaise heure pour mon train. Son excellente conduite et sa connaissance du terrain m'ont permis d'arriver à temps pour ma corres"
