"With check in. Or until 4pm, you’d expectations to be ready. Arrived early and was told to come back at 4pm which I did. At that time I was told the room wasn’t ready. I was waiting around until 4.50pm. The people at the desk were very friendly and apologetic so nothing against them. However if your checking is as late as 4pm and you can get rooms ready on time there must be a shortage of staff.
