This is my go to motel with. I’m looking for something a little more efficient.
Staff here is fantastic, hotel and rooms are clean
It’s not a five star, and I know that going in there, but it’s well worth the stay
This hotel was very bare bones but gave us everything we were looking for in terms of a clean, comfortable bed, quiet room, shower facilities, and a little bite to eat in the morning. We were basically there to sleep.

The place was ok when your tired and need to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly but the room was rather run-down. They forgot to give us towels I guess and we had to call for someone to bring us some. No câble.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Hotel itself could use upgrading.. but I would stay there again, convenient area, and it was pretty quiet!
Check in was fantastic. Very organized and quick. Very friendly employee.
Hotel breakfast was disappointing.
Random people in hotel always trying to talk to my students for no reason.
What we liked: The place is pet-friendly with no extra pet fee, the staff were very friendly, it was clean, and we felt safe during our stay. They also offer free breakfast and coffee, which was a nice bonus.
Things to note: It’s a bit far from downtown Toronto, especially with traffic.
Overall: A nice, budget-friendly place to stay.

The smell in the Lobby wasn’t good, and the breakfast is not a real breakfast. Other than that the room was clean.
Canadian motel 6’s are better than American. Not to say it was perfect (clogged tub, unlevel bathroom door, few towels) but still comfortable and accessible. Second stay. Great for my travel purposes.
Rooms are smaller than usual but at the end it does the job and you can stay in decent night's
Clean rooms and washrooms but not enough shampoos and towels.
But overall motel 6 was better than some other places we tried before.
I can’t say anything bad about this hotel. Little bit of space in the room for 2 adults and 2 children. And it is worth pointing out that breakfast is an apple, coffee and croissant. But for this price is quite adequate. Clean enough, large, comfortable bath. Friendly staff, available on request.
The limited amenities have much room for improvement. The two WiFi networks available do not work. The bathroom fan didn't work. The elevator had garbage and spilled drinks in it. The coffee available is terrible. Otherwise, the room looked/smelled clean and the staff I dealt with were all very friendly/hospitable.

The room was ok. It was clean and with good AC Fridge did not work. They only offered breakfast the first two days. And the rest did not happen. But what really makes the rating go down. Is the sketchy people around the parking lot. It made it seemed a crackhead hotel. The police was there when we arrived. And the fire Alarm went off the very first night. There was a guy with a scooter inside the hotel insulting the clerk complaining that the police was there. The staff on the other hand was very profesional and very nice.
