Very clean and bright hotel but they are still working out kinks. Eg: no ice buckets in room, room paint wasnt dry when room firat rented so flakes missing, no obvious fan switch in bathroom. Check in was easy and fast. The room was on the smaller size but very nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, Bagel bar with things like yogurt, fruit and cereal. The pool was nice. There was also a small workout room. The only thing I took small issue with was I had a family of four and only had two bath towels. In order to get more, you have to go down to the front desk as they don't have any type of housekeeping for that kind of thing. But overall the hotel was nice and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Well we had reservations, for a King, because our room was still occupied by previous nights guest. We arrived AFTER 3PM. In turn they gave us a double bed. Afternoon staff wasnt helpful and pretty rude. Wasnt NEW as advertised. Bathroom was pretty rough but bed was comfy.

I booked a room for 1 night with double beds. When I checked in and went to the room there was 1 king bed. I went back to the desk and explained to the clerk that i reserved a room with double beds and showed her the reservation on my phone which indicated the above. She tapped on the computer and stated that "we don't have any more doubles." I get back on the hotels.com booking site and low and behold it states rooms are still available. We ended up getting a king bed with a sleeper sofa, there were no extra linens, so we had to go back down and ask for linens. The floor was also soaking wet by the sleeper. Maybe the AC had leaked. At this point it was late and we were tired. The clerk that was present next day was helpful in giving us a late checkout.
