"Room smelled horrible like marijuanna; like someone was smoking all day in there. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also, there were stains on the sheets and pillows. Mold in the bathroom. I checked out immediately and got my deposit back. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"As you walk in, trim is missing. The carpet and furniture is dirty/dingy. Working out, the weight bench is broken, no elliptical, and the water machine does not work. In the room, the towel was dirty, hair on the tub and the bathroom counter. For Breakfast, there was processed cheese in some type of weird omelet. Illinois is losing companies left and right, Morton Salt most recently. Next time, I will stay in a hotel further from the city."

"Overall, a good hotel that was close to where we needed to be in Naperville. Hotel itself is new, clean, safe. The room was basic but pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but few options for vegans. Still, I appreciate that they brought me out almond milk when requested. The fresh brewed coffee and tea on tap in the lobby was a nice touch too. Surrounding area is nit unsafe or unpleasant but odd— industrial, warehouses, seemed like middle of nowhere suburb. But we chose it because it was very close to the venue for the event we were attending. One random thing: a fire alarm went off one of the nights we were staying there and we all had to be evacuated and wait outside at 3am. The fire department came and deactivated the faulty alarm and we got back into our rooms within 30 min, but it was still disruptive and I wish the hotel had offered us something (credit, voucher, etc.) as a comp. Other than that, it was a fine stay…."
