"The Tv kept going out ; the ac wasn't cool. The front desk clerk lied in said there was no bath tubs in the building. I talk to two other guest they both had bath tubs on second floor. They guess next door played music loud all night. "

When we entered the room, the bathroom towels were dirty; it seemed they hadn't been changed. I didn't say anything; I didn't think it would be a problem. On the day of departure, they informed my son that the towel was dirty and that they were going to charge him for it. It's not fair. I didn't want to complain that day because I didn't want to seem like I was complaining about everything. The pillows smelled bad. The lady who was there today, was very unpleasant. Honestly, I'm very dissatisfied with the service."

"No signal to watch TV goes on and off.Coffee pot didn't work. The inside pool looked like it hasn't been used or cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good $19.99 all you can eat"

"Cons: bathroom was old. Shower curtains were dirty. The sink was clogged. Bed sheets had stains and were old. Pillows were filthy and old. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Pros: AC unit worked flawlessly. The staff were nice and helpful. The fridge worked great as well."
