"Checkin was great. The woman on duty was very helpful. However, Mr Patel was less then friendly and Rude. I had 2 interactions with him. I asked for a box of Kleenexes for the room. I didn't get a hello goodbye or anything it was tossed on the counter. Checking out at 5:30 AM he finally came out of the back room said to me checking out I said yes handed him the keys and he just stood there. I said is there anything else he said no. No how was your stay? No, was everything OK? Thank you for staying with us. WOW !!!!! "

"Stay was fine overall. No complaints regarding our room, staff, etc. Only complaint is though there are 4 elevators, only 1 was working. 12 floors and 1 elevator working during 4th of July weekend. Also heard from other guests that people got stuck in their elevators. We had to walk down 12 flights of stairs to leave!"

"We had a small issue at check in, I do advise if you can pay for your stay through the app and not do the reserve now and pay later I would. After check in everything was great. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, breakfast area was well stocked and had good choices. If in the area again we will definitely stay here again."
