"The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent."
"Very spacious rooms. Would recommend putting a screen on the patio door so you can have the fresh air in room. Also some of the light switches were normal but others were bothersome to put on since you had to keep pushing them to get them to stay on. Beds were spacious and comfortable. The people in the next room were outside on patio smoking pot which was not a welcome smell each day of our stay. Also I recommend a weight limit on the dogs that are allowed to stay. A big German shepherd wandering around onto our patio is not a welcome sight. And they should create a dog area where the dogs can do their business and not on the grassy area right next to the patio area where people were sitting and walking on."
"The hotel is pretty but it's a little rundown - tape wrapped around a pipe in our room, hot water took a long time to get up and running in the shower. Great location though and comfy bed."
