"We booked an ocean view room & we could definitely see the ocean from the balcony. This hotel has a great location. The rooms are big & are set up for hanging out if necessary, which was necessary for us since we were there during the worst storm of the year so it was nice to have a couch to sit on & a small table & chairs to eat our meals at since it was too stormy and unsafe to leave the hotel. The staff was incredible during the storm and tried their best to help everyone. The hotel lost power but the lobby had power (from a generator I assume) and they had coffee for everyone & even a microwave in the lobby for all the guests to use. The bed was very comfortable & the bathroom was spacious, lots of closet space too. I will definitely recommend other to stay here and we will be back"
"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."
"Lovely stay at AC Marriott Wailea despite not-so-great weather. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the pool area and hot tub were lovely with a nice view. The facilities were clean and new. (Sometimes the poolside music got annoying, but staff was accommodating)"
"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."
