"The family cabine we recieved was really dirty and unsanitary. The toilet seat had hair and per stains all over it and the shower door was full of hair. The second floor thats supposed to fit two people to sleep has barely place to fit the two beds and it’s impossible to stand there, theres literally no place for half the body to fit in the so called room. The warm water in the shower lasts for a 10 minutes shower, after that it’s freezing cold water. Whoever wanna shower has to wait one hour...

"A fantastic hotel close to the city center with an good location. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Stockholm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Jones at the reception, who greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome on my very first trip to Sweden. The breakfast is outstanding - a generous buffet with a wide variety of choices, offering something for everyone."
