Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at this hotel for four nights with our 5-year-old child, and we were absolutely delighted by how kind and thoughtful all the staff were toward our child. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They also recommended and arranged an amazing tour that we would never have found on our own, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with children. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also very well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!
