We had a great experience at Splendid Holiday in Hanoi. The staff consisting of Harry, Emma, Lily, Anna, Mina, and Jon went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable and welcome. They are very knowledgeable and hospitable towards our questions and needs. The location is central and gives walkable access to significant Hanoi landmarks. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy.

Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every aspect of our trip go smoothly. Thank you to Brian, Jacky, Emma, Angela and the entire staff. We had a room with two king beds and it was a great set up for four adults. The location was fantastic, especially at Christmas because of proximity to St. Joseph's and all of their special public events. We booked tours and the hotel is in the free pick-up zone for tour operators, which was very convenient.
